We are booking our weddings anywhere between 6 – 18 months out and even if your wedding date is later, we still encourage you to get in touch via our contact form so we can get to know each other. As soon as we fall within the booking time frame, we’ll start the whole process with you.

We approach every wedding individually and for this reason, we believe it is in everyone’s benefit, to have a little chat, e-meet and find out all about your wedding vision and expectations on how it will be documented. This is also the perfect place to ask away any and every question you may have for us.

All the info, we collect during this discovery call, will form the base of a custom proposal we will send out to you right after our call.

Our proposals are valid for a limited duration in order to not block dates for too long while we may keep receiving inquiries for your date. If you decide to have our team create your wedding memories, we will block your date for the dedicated team, as soon as we have your green light.

You can expect your wedding photos to be ready in your gallery 12 weeks after your wedding at the latest. We will always send over a ‘highlight’ selection of images a few days after your wedding so you have some stunning photos to enjoy and share.

Depending on the range of edits you have booked within our cinema packages, you can expect a Signature Film to be delivered 10 weeks after the wedding at the latest, and Documentary Edits to be delivered, 12 weeks after the wedding. Reels are delivered within the first few days after your wedding.
