The Moments

This section helps us understand what matters most to you — so we can be in the right place at the right time.

Does your package include a second photographer?*

Yes

We are fully capable of capturing your entire day as a solo photographer — and we do it all the time. That said, there are moments during a wedding where two things happen at once, and when that occurs, one of us needs to make a call. The questions below help us understand your priorities in advance, so we can make those decisions with confidence and without hesitation on the day.

Getting Ready

Who do we prioritise during the getting ready?

Prioritise the bride

Prioritise the groom

If both partners are getting ready at the same time, whose coverage comes first?

Getting ready — coverage focus

Candid moments with the bridal party

Detail shots (dress, shoes, stationery, etc.)

Getting ready — what matters more before the ceremony?

Bridal getting ready coverage

Clean ceremony setting shots before guests arrive

Getting Ready — Notes

Ceremony

Where should we be in the lead-up to the ceremony?

Stay with the bride until the ceremony starts

Be with the groom as guests arrive

Ceremony — what do we prioritise capturing?

Ceremony candids (reactions, emotions)

Ceremony drone shots

Ceremony — Notes

Reception

Reception — where do we focus during golden hour?

Golden hour dinner setting (clean detail shots)

Couple photos during golden hour

Reception — Notes

Couple Shoot

Couple shoot — how do we spend the time?

More time with just the two of you

More time with you and your guests

Couple shoot — what takes priority at the end of golden hour?

Couple photos during golden hour

Guests moving into dinner / being seated

Couple Shoot — Notes

Weddings are dynamic, and even with a well-planned timeline, some things fall outside of our control — a delayed hair and makeup finish, a ceremony space that isn't quite ready, a moment that lingers longer than expected. Your selections above help us make the right call in those moments, so what matters most to you is always protected.

A second photographer changes the equation entirely. More moments captured at once, greater depth in your gallery, and far more flexibility when the day takes its own shape. If you'd like to add a second photographer to your coverage, you can do so in the Add-ons section below.

What are the three moments you most want us to capture?*

Are there any people, details or moments we should be aware of?*

Any absolute must-have shots?*

Do you have a shot list to share?

Yes — I'll upload it

Publication & Usage

We may wish to share select images from your wedding on our website, social media, or submit them to wedding publications and blogs. We will always do this with care and with your story in mind — never in a way that feels intrusive or overexposed.

If you have any concerns about privacy, social media visibility, or specific platforms you would prefer we avoid, please let us know below. We are always happy to accommodate.

Do you have any concerns or preferences regarding how we share your images?

Would you like us to consider your wedding for editorial features and publication?

Yes — I'd love that

No — I'd prefer to keep it private

Are there any specific publications you have in mind?

We have existing relationships with The Wed, The Lane, Wezoree, Frieda Theres, and Carats & Cake, and are happy to reach out on your behalf.

Add-ons

Some of these may already be included in your package — this is just a chance to let us know if anything else is on your mind. We'll confirm everything when we speak.

Are any of the following add-ons of interest to you?

Additional Hours — €249 per photographer, per hour (max. 14 hours total per day)

Additional Photographer — €1.990 (min. 2 photographers for 120+ guests)

Analog Photography — €1.490 (35mm, 3 rolls of film)

Priority Edit — €1.490 (full gallery delivered within one week)

Selecting an add-on does not automatically add it to your package. We’ll add confirmed add-ons to your final invoice. If an add-on is already included in your package, no additional charge will apply.

Any questions about add-ons?

Any other vendors or creatives on the day

Have you arranged a meal for the photographer(s)?*
